HELPFUL TIPS TO REMEMBER:

  • Please be sure to provide all information available to help expedite your service or warranty request. If you need assistance, please contact by phone or email.

  • Form fields marked with a "*" and feature the word "Required" in the field are required to process any warranty claim.

  • All warranty requests require photo evidence of the damage to the product(s). Once you've submitted your claim form, please email pictures of the damage to warranty@todayspatio.com. Please be sure to include your name and phone number.

  • Manufacturers will require a copy of the original sales receipt or invoice for all warranty claims.

  • Warranty claims may be subject to fees for shipping and/or labor when not covered by the manufacturers written warranty.

  • After submitting your request for warranty service, we will follow up within 7-10 business days with information provided by the manufacturer about how best to proceed.

  • All products are warranted by the manufacturer. In providing assistance with your warranty claim between you and the manufacturer, Today's Patio is not assuming liability for product warranty.
